Guitarist Jon Ebersons style is highly original, influenced by rock and punk as much as jazz. Despite the "energy" emphasis on much of his playing, Eberson can also be characterized as one of the most lyrical guitar players in Norway, especially documented in his work with Sidsel Endresen.
