Knut Riisnæs had for many years been one of Norway's foremost tenor sax players when «Flukt» was released in 1982. The Quartet consists, in addition to Riisnæs, of Dag Arnesen, piano, Bjørn Kjellemyr bass, Jon Christensen on drums.
