The seventies and the eighties were, for European jazz
in
general and Norwegian jazz in particular, a period characterised by prosperity and inventiveness. A new Nordic dialect of jazz was developed, with the Norwegian jazz elite as central participants. During the last years, however, a new generation of improvising musicians have appeared on our music - scene. With the same will to find their own style. Curling Legs wants to release the best of this music.
